My name is James O'Neil, and for many years now I've suffered severe back and neck pain. I would literally dread going to bed at night because of my neck pain.
This is a condition I've had for a long time.
When I was single I had a pillow that was almost right. I couldn't use any other pillow than that one without experiencing all-out pain. Sometime into the first year of my marriage my wife washed my pillow and it became a lumpy thing that I had to get rid of.
Since that time I have not been able to find anything that I could put under my head that
eased the pain I felt when lying down. My wife came home from our chiropractor's one day
with a new pillow that Dr. Parimuha wanted her to try out. She let me try it one night and it was the first night in memory that I didn't fall asleep trying to "Zen out" the searing pain in my neck.
A couple of weeks later I bought my own pillow from Dr. Parimuha and since then the relief I've experienced is tremendous.
Previously the pain in my neck would have best been described as if my head had been torn off and stuck on a spit.
Now it's almost unnoticeable. On a scale from 1-10, 10 being the normal neck pain I've had to sleep with for years, the pain I now have with the new pillow is .5

I’ve spent thousands of dollars on chiropractors trying to achieve the blessed alignment that would allow me to feel normal and not suffer so much. Even the best work, by the best chiropractors, would come undone as soon as I went to bed because my pillow wouldn’t hold my head perfectly.

Due to shoulder pain I almost bought a new mattress.
Fortunately for me I came across this pillow before forking over hundreds of dollars for a new bed. It may have ended up being even more as I was considering one of those very expensive memory foam beds. Shoulder pain during the night was waking me up several times a night. This was my body crying out for me to roll over.
I felt ripped off by the mattress manufacturer because my current bed was only a couple years old and already causing me pain. Please don’t misunderstand, I bought a premium mattress. Want to note here that there are two types of pillows available and the differences are important. First off is the soft down feather, pillow within a pillow design. The other uses a hypoalergenic polyester fill. I've tried them both and prefer the polyester fill because it is ultimately adjustible. This allows for perfection when it comes to alignment. The Totillow is already adjustable by design. But, by removing some fill to make it just right you can
compensate for body size and bed firmness. The down feather model is not really designed for adjustability only the polyester model. Just wanted you to know in case you require perfection like I do to sleep well.
