Model 530 and 531 (under development) come with a zipper, found at the bottom back of the pillow. This opening allows you to adjust the hypoallergenic fill to suit your needs. Each model 530 comes filled with hypoallergenic polysilk, a down alternative. It is suggested that for several nights to two weeks is necessary to find that precise fill for your favorite sleeping position. Extra fill is sent with each Totillow as the contents will compress over time or you may desire a firmer pillow density than the standard fill. Inner Pillow Design

The Totillow, Deep Sleep Pillow, has a patent pending inner pillow design that allows the Totillow to give you the unique features of the wedge design and shape but also the benefits of an inner down and feather pillow.
