+ I checked my tracking code, no information is showing?
We know you are excited to get your order, but don't worry! This just means you're checking it too quickly. We print our shipping labels, notify you and then ship it out. You are our priority.
+ What about shipping costs and returns?
We offer FREE shipping worldwide, with tracking number. Returns are accepted within 15 days after your order. Return costs are not covered.
+ Where are your office located?
Our headquarters are located in Washington DC. Our warehouses are located in USA and China.
+ How long will it take to ship my order?
We will process your order within 2-3 business days. Once your order ships, it may take around 7 - 18 days for your order to arrive, depending on your residential address. (Potential delays due to COVID-19, however almost 90% of customers receive their items within 3-4 weeks at the latest).
+ What is your return policy?
We offer a 15 day money back guarantee on eligible items. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase simply contact email@example.com within 15 days of ordering your item and we will gladly walk you through returning your order to us for a refund.
+ There is a problem with my order. What do I do?
